After a few weeks off we are back! Well Alex is at least as Garry is having internet issues so for the time being friend of the show, Derrick will be filling in. This week is all about catching up on what we've been playing for the last few weeks. This of course leads to all kinds of tangents along the way. Not much catching up to do with the new releases as almost nothing came out when we were gone. Although with Gamescom and PAX Prime going on there was lots of news to discuss. Still no return of Spoiler Discussions, hopefully we will return to that feature within the month but in the meantime sit on down and take a listen to the longest show we've done to date.

Holy carp, is it already time for episode 42 of That Game Podcast?! While it may seem fishy at first, indeed it is. Alex and Daniel spew ones and zeroes out of you speakers and in to your earhole about all sorts of things this week. After a recap of what we’ve been playing, which seems to  be a lot of catching up on our backlogs, we move in to the new releases. After a firm “waiting for a sale” decision on From Dust, we talk about breeding emus and then go straight to all the news that’s fit to speak. (Or, really, be spoken of.) THQ, 3DS, and more. A whole lot of sales numbers this week, but that’s what happens in the middle of the summer. Like a refreshing spring breeze to cool your scorched summer skin, episode 42 delivers the things plants crave!
